Networking
The Truro Chamber of Commerce offers opportunities for business networking for members and non-members.
The Networking Club takes place every 3rd Friday of the month with the exception of August and December and is being organised and chaired by Richard Quick Design.
Please note: There will be NO meetings in June, July and August due to organisational changes. The next meeting will be held on Friday, 18 September 2009.
In most cases the meetings take place at the Rehearsal Room of the Hall for Cornwall. Separate notices about each individual event are being sent to members. The schedule for the afternoon is as follows:
12.00 Arrivals and informal networking
12.15 Lunch
13.00 Individual introductions
13.30 Informal networking
14.00 Meeting closed
Each person present is given the opportunity of a brief presentation of their business. Bring plenty of business cards as they will be distributed to everyone present. Booking is not necessary and a buffet lunch is included in the £7 (£5 for Chamber members) per person cost, payable on the day.
This is an excellent opportunity for getting to know peers and new business contacts. There is no financial commitment, just an opportunity to present your business to others and to get know people who may be able to assist to move your own business forward. You don't have to be a member of the Truro Chamber of Commerce to attend.
